A stress free holiday season is possible!
You may already be stressing at the thought of the upcoming holiday season. I totally get it. There are ways too many gifts to buy, meals to cook, parties to attend, and dishes to wash.
On top of that, you still have to work, pay bills, try not to gain weight, and lose your mind all at the same time! The holiday season is a very stressful time, to say the least, but with a little bit of preparation, it doesn’t have to be!
To help you with that I’ve gathered 3 of my very best spiritual self care tips for remaining stress free in the middle of all the holiday chaos. Let’s jump right in!
Tip #1 for a stress free holiday season: DON’T CONSUME TOO MUCH ALCOHOL
Alcohol quickly lowers your energetic vibration and makes you more susceptible to absorbing other people’s negative energies and bad vibes into your own energetic field. And when this happens it can affect your mood, make you feel sad, drained, or even sick!
It also goes the same for you. When you’re not feeling happy, when you’re angry or sad, your energetic vibe will reflect that and you will affect the vibes of others too. And no one wants to be the source of bad vibes!
The holidays will put you around many people and with that crowd comes many different energetic vibes, feelings, and emotions. Protect yourself by not consuming too much alcohol so you can stay high vibe and stress free!

Gratitude is, after all, what this season is all about right. Practice gratitude by trying your best to stay in a thankful mindset. Practice gratitude for EVERYTHING during this time, even the small things.
